Certain gemstones come with a default certification, while other gemstones require an additional fee of USD$100 for certification upon request.

We offer certification for gemstones based on their individual requirements, utilizing professional organizations such as GIA, GRS, IGI, AIGS, GFCO, GGTL, TGL, CGL, GRA, LGL, and other reputable entities.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days, except for custom or handmade jewellery, which may require 7-10 working days for dispatch.

We may choose to hand deliver high-value jewellery or use reputable shipping couriers such as SF or DHL, depending on the item and its value.
